Our story begins in 1920 with St. Matthews Feed Store. More than 70 years ago the name was changed to St. Matthews Feed & Seed. Over the decades we have evolved into a full-service garden center offering unique and high-quality products. We continue to offer the latest and best varieties of grass seeds and fertilizers, and work with local growers to provide fresh flower and vegetable plant material. We have expanded our nature area for birding enthusiasts, added several lines of organic products, and are always looking for new varieties of trees, shrubs, and perennials.
